Odds are we will start almost the same team as against West Ham with Bromby in and Geary out, plus Webber on the bench for Kabba.

My mate has stated Webber has been passed fit, so hopefully starting against his former club

well were currently sat in wetherspoons, full of muppets! sick of hearing the rather loud ginger big toothed shlaaaag rabbiting crap about warnock to any person that'll listen.

all up their own arses and so many comedy people its unreal.

updates + pics later :)

Can't believe how close Nade came, he was unlucky to miss those chances especially the header hitting the post.

My MOTM was Geary, what a pro, he just keeps on going and played some good stuff tonight including his cross which Nade headed onto the post.

I'd give it to Nade, he may have missed those chances, but he showed good skill and strength on the ball and got into good positions for the chances.

Anyone else notice the watford players barging and pushing our players off the balls in the air?

yer id give it nade to he was unstoppable all nite till he went off. wot was all that bwt ball boys about i onli got a bit of it summat bwt not wuiping balls or summat...

Nade needs to start taking his chances better could of had a hat trick tonight. True we totally deserved the win just ashame it was the most scrappyist offside goal ever that won us the game. Although defo 4-4-2 against charlton and hopefully we will get another 3 points.

The thing about Nade is that he aint a great finnisher but he can give defenses a right handfull. But a quality result tonight gutted I couldn't watch it but I don't really care now :D

How did Jags do in center midfield?

Oh and I'm gonna wait for Sharpy to post "zomgz thats why we should play 4-4-2 every week, innit."

results count and this was an important one, who cares whether it looked offside, if it was offside it wouldn't have been given would it according to the officals on the night?

Oh and I'm gonna wait for Sharpy to post "zomgz thats why we should play 4-4-2 every week, innit."

We should coz its clearly better than feckin 4-5-1 lets give em all 3 points formation. Stick to 4-4-2 stick to a winning team as much as possible and we will get more positive results.

Or moaning about Webber's "offside" goal being the winner. It's about time we had decisions like that going our way, we've already had too many go against us, now it's our turn.

The officials was poor most of the night, so to hear Webber's goal was offside doesn't surprise me. Have to say I was jumping about that much that I didn't notice.

We thoroughly deserved the win, and the watford defence couldn't cope with Nade. Shame Quinny thought he was in the play "Football on Ice" as he could have had a storming game if not.

MOTM I say goes to Keeeeeeeeeef. Had a great game, powell couldn't cope with him.

Edit: Nice to meet SF Foxy Linz and AN other(S) down there.

Nade was V unlucky and on another night he would have scored, we have to remember (which the sky team didn't) that he's not 21 yet (or not over 21, not sure of his exact age and can't be arsed to check) and it was his full prem debut.

4-4-2 did work well but it was against Watford who are pretty poor, we won't and can't play like that every week cos we will get a thumping from someone if we do.
The tactics have to match the team we're playing against.

The ballboy thing was about the fact that when the ball went out they were drying the ball with towels for Watford players and not drying it for ours. Bit petty I know but they could be in trouble for it.

Last thing from me, how dirty are Watford they kicked our players from pillar to post last night.

Nice to see Adie accepting defeat

Watford manager Adrian Boothroyd:
"Danny Webber's goal was offside but let's be right about things, we didn't perform.
"They hit the post twice and deserved to win, simple as that. We didn't play our way, didn't compete, and things we are normally very good at we didn't do.

""If we lie down now then we've got a problem but I'm sure we'll bounce back."

Why is Webber getting the MOTM from pundits/papers? Yes he scored a goal but did nothing more than that. He gave the ball away on a few occasions.

Morgan was my MOTM. If Claude is back before Tonge, Claude and Morgan CBs and push Jags to Midfield
Took you long enough, Neil!! :D:D

Well done last night to everyone, it isn't fun playing away from home getting lumps kicked out of you. It doesn't help that the Watford fans were given missiles to throw our players too. Never mind, eh? Football prevailed.

MOTM was Morgan the Colossus (even though he didn't know how to line up properley for a Premiership match!). Also yet another massive praise for Koz and Del.

FFS shut the fuck up.

I was at the game supporting my team.

I apoligise for having my own opinions and views.

Christ.

Did you enjoy it last night?

Man of the match v. Watford

I know a few of you have already made your suggestions, so vote away on the poll :)

I've voted for Morgan but feel it's a bit unfair to Geary, Keef and Kozzy who were all excellent for me. Nade comes close too for his tenacity.

I find it interesting that a number of people who watched on the television are now slagging Nade off, in line with the commentators' views on him.

Why can't people make their own minds up? I thought he played very well last night, a raw talent yes, but to miss chances, you have to be in the right place TO miss the chances.

He ran at the defenders and they didn't know what to do with him. And regarding his finishing, his goal for the reserves at Barnsley was one of the best finishes we've seen this season.

He can score, he can create and he can cause problems. Don't make him the new boo boy.

With a little more confidence, composure and /or luck Nade could have had a hat trick last night.

Let's give the lad a chance.

Andy Gray was a complete idiot last night.
His commentary is pants in my opinion. If its not a household named player then you can forget him praising anyone.
His comments when Nade put the ball across the face of goal and Gillespie couldn't get to it were stupid (he did put too much on it but AG made it seem as if he had made the worst pass in the world).
Nade played very well last night and deserved a lot more praise than Sky gave him.

On a lighter note, the United fans' response of "Boothroyd is a bum boy" to the Yellow Army's "Warnock is a wanker" was amusing :)

Shame it didn't catch on! :D

I had a fiver on him to score first last night at 10-1 but I still couldn't be angry with him!! I thought he was ace and if he'd have bagged a goal he'd have been MOTM for me. I was very confused when I heard the chap on SSN say he had a shocker. Obviously he hasn't seen us play this season prior to last night and create 1.2 chances per game!!

Fair enough play it against teams who we can beat i.e. Watford but if we played it all the time we would get battered most of the time.
