A bit behind with the Blades news after a weekend battle with the Norvirus shit bug that's run riot through our family.
Was George injured or left out?

Left out (rested). He was seen in the car park as fresh as a daisy with his bag raring to go, atleast he’ll be even fresher on Friday and for me, must come straight back in.

If he was reseted why wasn't he on the bench. Wilder is doing some strange things lately.

He wasn’t considered fit enough based on his efforts over recent weeks, which is fair enough as the Birmingham game was one of his worst this season, and certainly the worst since he returned. This is hardly an odd reasoning, and Wilder has done it with others at different points this season (most visibly with Sharp). If it means he’s able to put in consistently good performances the rest of the season then it’s totally justified.

We'll see. Wilder seems to be wilting under pressure as are the players. I hope there has been a Peroni moment this week and we win the last 4. It's shit or bust now so attack.

Wilder's regularly rotated Baldock in the three game weeks. On the ocassions he hasn't over the last few seasons, he has pulled up mid match - usually with a small muscular injury. I bet Wilder wishes he'd rotated Sharp and Bash as well, although he'd have left himself open to criticism if he had.Mcgoldrick, Stevens, Fleck and Norwood can't be far from the so called red lines either. If we fall more than three points behind, I predict a lot of rested players vs Hull.If we're three points or less behind I think we'll gamble and risk injuries.

Wilting Wilder - based on his subs on Saturday , agreed.
Shit or bust now so ATTACK , agreed.
Wilder misguided in resting Baldock - not agreed - in the post match interview , Wilder said Baldock was "on the cusp of a calf injury" and should not be risked.

Wilder now reveals he had a minor calf complaint. It was a precaution. Hmmmm. Ok.

Probably read your high level insights on here and panicked that the football oracle posts on S24SU.

I did wonder whether he was upset with me! He always ignores my Loyse  though.
