To be fair to Neil he’s had a new face since he left us last time.

I think I'd ask for my money back. He looks like one of the shitter Dr Who monsters

Most of the names that are being linked with us are a worse option than the OP suggests. My only concern would be if we were to get back to the top flight, we'd likely be back to square one the season after as we get relegated again.

The best deal to offer him would be a one-year contract, regardless of where we finish, with a big bonus for promotion. Then we could get someone new in 2022-23, even if Warnock got us up

Warnock would be better off taking the helm of our neighbours as he likes to fight constant bottom of table battles.
Also i believe he has a tractor and in his lunchtime could re plough the Owls so called desso pitch which has always
looked like a ploughed field since it was laid.
