Warnock, who admitted it was not the first time he had tangled with the former Wimbledon player, declared: 'Wally just got a little bit carried away. I had lifted my foot because (Steve) Sidwell had committed the worst foul of the day on (Chris) Armstrong.
'He ran across into our area and barged into me. Usually it's me who gets done. In the past, Wally has probably been a bit cleverer than he was today. His eyes were bulging - he was not coherent.
'Mark had no alternative to send us both off. It was becoming mayhem and he had to calm things down. Last time I was here I was sent off. Fortunately, from my point of view, the referee heard what I said.'
Coppell maintained: 'I have no problem with what Wally did. He reacted to something which I felt was not right. I will make my mind up (about possible action against him). I am not going to react an hour after the game. The referee will send his report to the FA and they will do what they have to do.
'I don't know what Neil was suggesting. But at that stage it was not the kind of thing you want to see. A player had been sent off and things had got a bit frantic. Accusations were made.'

He admits he's no idea what he said, but doesn't like it any way.
And apparently Wally, a.k.a. Mother Bloody Theresa did nowt wrong. He's a lovely lad, our Wally, not a bad bone in him, and he kisses babies all day, and helps old ladies across the road.
Coppell could always try removing his head from up his arse and having a look round, that might help matters.
