Waiting for new Season Ticket Card

I Emailed the club about my season ticket card today that im waiting for here is the response that I got

Unfortunately there has been a delay on sending cards out, they went to a mail house this morning and therefore will be send out in the next 7-10 working days.

Are you existing season ticket holders? If so you current card will just be updated.

If you're new, then don't panic, you've got until the 13th of August when the mighty Brentford arrive...

I'm an existing season ticket holders I renewed in april but moved my seat after the deadline to sit next to my mate

To be honest as long as I have it for the first league game of the season, I'm not going to get overly upset about it.

I renewed right at the start of the renewall period and they said I would just get a confirmation of the change (which I did) but I should just use the old card. I changed row and seat number.

Perhaps its changed since then. I don't think its an issue though as I suspect that the old card will be charged up for the season anyway

Could cause a few problems though. What if someone claims you're in their seat, and when you get your season card out it still has your old seat details on?

I'm hoping they send me a new card seeing as I can't remember where I'm moving to!
