I don't think so, SCMP only relates to the wages of players over 20 on 1 September 2013. So it includes loanees (Nigel says you generally pay 50%-75% of a player's wages but of course Championship players are on higher wages than genuine L1 players).

It's worth noting that George Long, Terry Kennedy, Callum McFadzean and Elliott Whitehouse are not currently in SCMP but they will be next year if retained.

So these wages must be 60% or less of turnover.

Other costs for sacking managers, the Academy and all other running costs you can spend what you want but of course if these costs are too high, you lose money. We are almost certainly still running at a (sizeable ?) loss.
