I'd rather have Bradshaw from Barnsley
12 goals last season and people are foaming over Waghorn who got 4 more
How many assists did the two have?

What happened to McBurnie who was on loan at Barnsley from Swansea?
No idea on Bradshaw, Waghorn had 11.How many assists did the two have?

We have plenty of players capable of creating chances so it’s irrelevant to me, more so if we sign Freeman. And he took corners.
If you win the gamble it's fine

Just signed a 3 year extensionGood question. I'd imagine Swansea might be keeping him for themselves now they have gone down?

For a much worse side. And if you didn't see I said sign alongside Freeman who won't be cheap and got 2nd most assists in the league last year or did you just avoid that?Aye that's the Blades way - prefer / pursue the lad that netted 25 % less
If this is true, I'd be amazed that Liverpool would let such a prospect leave. This would be the signing of the window without a shadow of doubt.Just heard on local radio that a deal for woodburn coming to bdtbl is imminent!!.
Transfer fee involved ( No loan deal).
The locals have backed this story up but that doesn’t mean much!!. Please don’t shoot the poster!!. Tin hat on anyway. lol
Maybe they can't offer him first team football and that's what he needs to progress his international aspirations. He's seen the way Brooks progressed under Wilder and believes this is a good platform to springboard his career. Game time, recognition, learning in the men's game, shop window. If this is true, I'd be amazed that Liverpool would let such a prospect leave. I find it hard to believe but Liverpool are having to clear the decks so to speak. If this is true, I'd be amazed that Liverpool would let such a prospect leave. This would be the signing of the window without a shadow of doubt.
Woodburn signed his 1st contract a few months ago but was only on 10-15000 a week so wouldn’t break the bank.,Maybe they can't offer him first team football and that's what he needs to progress his international aspirations. There's a logic there.
Wilder did say he was looking for a Brooks replacement.
Then again - wages.
Woodburn would have been on more than our highest earners at Liverpool, I'd guess

Unless they insert a buyback clause of course which would give them first refusal on himIf this is true, I'd be amazed that Liverpool would let such a prospect leave. This would be the signing of the window without a shadow of doubt.

Can't see Pool parting with Woodburn on a permanent basis LB
Loan yes, but just don't see them selling him
In that case, on reflection, you may be right?Well played Vydra, well played Vydra's agent. Silly greedy bastards.
Saw a report last night that Waghorn to Derby will still go through as soon as Ipswich get a replacement. It was in The Mirror.
Matty Done! Yes there’s a player. Would run all day,Totally different players. We already have 2 players who are Bradshaw. What we haven’t got up top is a lefty (Done, Brooks)
I don’t like the notion that if we don’t get Waghorn we will just sign a player like Gallagher or Bradshaw because that’s not how wilder works. Neither of those players playing alongside whoever would improve how we play as a team

I worded it wrong anyway, I was thinking about Freeman at the time and was thinking of the prices involvedDiffernet sort of players mate, and I'm not too sure Bradshaw is much different to what we already have.
I am concerned that none of the forwards we're being linked with are particularly pacey though.
we already have a competent front lineI worded it wrong anyway, I was thinking about Freeman at the time and was thinking of the prices involved
For the same fees you take Waghorn all day long but we simply wouldn't be able to afford both so for me give me Freeman and Bradshaw and I think we have a competent frontline
3 and a half strikers, not enough for me.we already have a competent front line![]()
