Viva Last Vegas

I was dragged there by the ex and her family. It's horrible. Full of obnoxious dicks who strut around all suited and booted like they're big-time hustlers. The sort of cunts who you see going to Donny races.
Downtown is even worse, Bible bashers on one side of the street and volatile smackheads on the other. At least Blackpool has a beach.
Really?? You clearly went to the wrong bit...

Fucking social media! Stop taking photos and posting shit online, you're in Vegas! Enjoy yourself!

If anybody has seen the video they'll know why they're wearing the tshirts, if you want to see the video drop me a message. Clearly been sent round a group chat. Simply lovleh
Just post the link on here

Matt done? Where he?

I thought they all went, unless a few missed the photo.

You're not going to get a pint of Kelham Best/Belgian Blue in Las Vegas.
They had cans of Boddingtons in liquor store but bud light or corona is the go to bottle or draught out there

I had no real desire to go, but after being there I absolutely loved it.
Different strokes for different blokes I s'pose
Exactly the same for me - as mentioned on another thread. I'd no interest in going whatsoever - but it was fantastic fun for a few days. That's what the place is - "fun". That's why some of the miserable buggers on here wouldn't like it!

I find all those type of beers completely tasteless. Coors, Michelob, Bud, Molson, Miller, Corona, etc. The funny thing is, the individual brands have great loyalty, with people swearing by one brand over another. But a few years ago, a large, blind-tasting, research study was done on the same and guess what? People could not tell one brand from another! These beers are a triumph of marketing over actual taste. Corona in particular is a fine example. That beer was regarded as being weak and piss poor in its homeland, Mexico. Then it got bought out by one of the big brewers (Heineken I think) and they mass marketed it, with the signature wedge of lime in the neck of the bottle, and it caught on like wildfire. It still tastes of hardly anything - but the image of it is "cool" and that's why it's so popular there.

Give me cask ale any day but you'll struggle to get that in the US.

Anyhow, hope the boys have a great time despite the beer! They'll have plenty of opportunity to drink good beer when they get home and finish playing.

When I worked in the States they were all strangely into Newcastle Brown Ale

Do you think The Stir have sent reporters out there to follow em? Wouldn't surprise me.

Might get a few volunteers for that!!

But I doubt a local rag would stump up to send a reporter out there. Cost a couple of grand and wouldn't be worth the cost.

More likely troll the internet for a snippet

There's much truth in this, but when it's 40° in the shade an ice cold bottle of something light and fizzy is perfect. I've sat outside craft beer places in Texas and drinking Brewmasters Crotch Scratch™ at 5% and after a couple just didn't fancy it any longer. The beer was nice but just not suitable for the climate.

It's horses for courses though. For example, Peroni seemed to be the beer of choice in most of the celebration pics I saw, yet everyone knows if it's Italian beer you want, Moretti is much more betterer innit.

Todd English in the Aria has Boddingtons on draft, plus plenty of Trappist bottles. Blue Moon very popular in Vegas, nice but a bit claggy after a couple

Sam Adams is all I drink over there. Comes in bottles almost everywhere and draught in a lot of places. It's from Boston and it's pretty good.
