“a number of Villa fans in front of me were aggressively goading the Sheffield U fans the other side of lower witton at 1-0 then even more at 2-0. It was pathetic to see and forced a police line up when it got back 2-2 as the tossers from both lots of supporters threatened each other knowing they were never going to be put to the test. Friendly banter is one thing but mindless aggression at a sporting event made me wonder what I was doing there with my wife and family. The police should have thrown out the drunken middle aged adolescent thickos from both sets of “supporters” who give football a bad name.”

“I must have been watching a different game, I thought we were alright compared to recent performances. Grealish was superb, completely different team with him in the starting 11. Unlucky not to nick it in the second half. Take away Jedinaks two individual mistakes and we were by far the better team.

Yep watched a different game.

Reminds me of the Pigs saying that their defeat to us was down to "four mistakes". Big time Charlie twats.

Always had a soft spot for Villa until now. I hope we wipe the floor with them next month.

Grealish is a diving cheating twat, even when he was fouled he flew through the air like superman to make it look 10 times worse, for me the referee should have booked him for diving even though it was a foul, surley a dive is a dive, a ref would never book someone though but I still say he dived to con the referee, smug little git.

Couldn’t agree more. The way to cut out diving isn’t to go over penalty incidents and hand out retrospective bans, it’s to send someone like Grealish off for two bookings when you’ve also awarded him the fouls.

Completely agree.

I read today that he was "the most fouled player" in the Championship last season, and a quote from Bruce "he's a clever player who can draw a foul and he should get better protection from referees" all of which says to me that he a cheating little twat that falls over at the first opportunity and that his manager encourages him to do this for the good of the team.

The "pull back" by Basham they're moaning about saw Grealish go to ground the moment he felt Bash behind him, even though Bash had both hands spread wide apart.
 
Game has passed Bruce by. What is their way of playing?? Just seems like theyve bought fringe PL players, chucked a ball out in training and said go and do your stuff. Give them Wilder and they'd be 10-15 points better off.

People like Bruce, Pardew, Sherwood shout the loudest about British managers not getting a chance but won't even attempt to innovate. Pathetic

Villa should be thankful only two thirds of our strongest side was on the pitch.

Because the side that sat at the top of the league a few weeks back would have beaten them fairly soundly. Then they might have had something to whine about.
Instead they can please themselves and convince themselves that they were kicked off the park when in truth they fell over at every opportunity
