Sorry mate, I'd like to agree with you, and I will be quite chilled whatever happens but I can guarantee that not "everybody" will be happy, especially if we fall on hard times results wise.Don't think he'll get fired though and don't think he'll get stick from our fans.
Warnock got some because of the attitude, the frame of mind he put our players in.
Happy to be here.
We're just enjoying ourselves.
And then sending the team out away from home beaten before they start.
It's a drain on players confidence when they already don't believe they're good enough, and don't belong there.
I hope Wilder won't be like that, I hope his team takes to the Prem just like his team took to the Championship when the same comments were being said.
Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool have had some awful hammerings in recent years, so it's folly to think we won't suffer the same.
But as long as we try to continue our own unique style I think everybody will be happy with the further progress made, even if we aren't quite good enough this particular season

Now that I do agree with.I don't know why but this coming season we could win 37 and lose 1 folk would still moan that we lost 1, I think we'll be okay and don't see us going down.
I just want to be able to ring the twat next may and ram it down his throatBlades to go down in 2020? Possibly.
Adrian Durham to win 'Utter cunt of the year'? Nailed on.
I suspect probably not mate unfortunatelyThis is all music to my ears...I hope the other 19 teams are as ignorant in their approach to scouting us as the journos are to their research about our survival chances.
The last comment is probably even worse than the pretend journos and so called football experts
Pass me the medsIf it wasn't for your thread I would never have found the Yahoo Sport prediction meaning only 2 on that list would have us to stay up
he was a crappy right back in a brilliant team when fullbacks weren't important.. the rest of the team carried him . i could have played full back in that team
I hope you're right but I don't completely share your optimism.
I'm certain that when we lose a few there will be moaning pillocks all around me on the top.
K'inell Wilder that dunt know wot tha's doing.
What's them fucking subs, he's lost the plot.
Why we so fucking deep, gerrit forrard
He's out of hisfucking depth etc etc.
Come what may I won't be one of em though.
We won’t be relegated and we are all doomed, the end of the world is nighSo on the whole we aren't fancied to stay up?!
Stick a print of roy's web page on the dressing room wall and hope it inspires the players.
I'll still say that if we finish 4th bottom or higher I'll be ecstatic and surprised.
Why? I know you're a self certified expert so I'd be interested to get your view.
Where should I think we'll finish? This season will be tough, I sincerely hope it's not and that my prediction and expectation of us finishing in the bottom 3 is wrong.
I'm not being negative about it, we have come a long way in a short time and I think it will be a step too far this season. I'd like to think Wilder has a trick or 2 up his sleeve and that the signings he's made plus the players from last season can gel and achieve something that we didn't manage last time around.
Ha! I suspect you're right - Did you see the Man City series?...his players get homework on top of his scouting reports and video presentations.I suspect probably not mate unfortunately
I just want to be able to ring the twat next may and ram it down his throat
Yes I did and they’re not going to be completely unique. Our hope is that as Robinson has said from his time at PNE knowing what’s coming and stopping it are differentHa! I suspect you're right - Did you see the Man City series?...his players get homework on top of his scouting reports and video presentations.
Media speak. Controversy perpetuates sales and on and on it goes. Bit like Cameron with Brexit. Light the touch paper and run away.Well at least there's no tired old cliches about 'northern grit' and 'being hard working'.
Sadly alot of this lot just seem to be a bunch of people who think football is won on paper and not on the pitch. The more you spend the better you do in their world. Hence why they seem to think Villa will do alright, ignoring the fact that Villa have spent a fortune replacing all the loan signings they had in the Championship and very little improving their squad.
Zaha just handed in a transfer request that's a bonus for us
Self proclaimed "experts". Looking forward to Jeff Stelling's views. He is usually pretty balanced. If I was neutral on the outside and used cold logic then I would also would be predicting us, Norwich and possibly Villa for bottom 2.
They don’t yet know that Chris Wilder is easily one of the best managers in the UK.
The experts think we’ll be like a Warnock team and the only way we can win is by using 100% effort and 100% motivation, shit housing our way to points playing physically intimidating direct football.
However I’m expecting us to dominate and outplay some PL teams and I can’t wait to see the reaction from the pundits.
Really think Wilder is going to set the division on fire and become a really big national name.
