Outplayed Reading now in 2 games and its amazing how things change isnt it from the days of Coppell. They looked good in the build up were toothless up front and at the back were all at sea . They will probably go down and in some ways I would be glad that the plastic team will get relegated but have a good mate who is a Royals fan ..............But then again fuck em !!
 



They just reminded me of us on our decline after Warnock.was chucked

Moneys been spent but not wisely and you can't buy or recreate what they had under coppel with money alone

This suddenly started to happen a lot in our promotion season out of League 1. After a while you couldn’t help but start to believe we were on our way to the title. Not sure if the comments are quite as resounding this season and the competition is stiffer, but we’re serious contenders.
 
We are serious contenders but we have very stiff competition from Norwich, Leeds & West Brom, the next 6 weeks is going to determine where we finish this season: With West Brom, Leeds and Brizzle to play, which are arguably all 6-pointers.
 
they were totally shit from start to finish. 4-0 flattered them.

Our midfield totally bossed them without getting out of 3rd gear. Madine was excellent all afternoon.

the move when we played head tennis around their penalty area summed them up. Wilder's head would explode if we let someone do that
 
Felt sorry for the family of Reading fans who got abuse at the Granville road tram stop after the game, some idiot started calling them pigs seeing their blue and white scarves they had a couple of little kids with them not much older than six or seven. Why would you do that WHY ? He must really think he is hard now.
 
As bad as any team we've seen in a while. Their defending, and trying to pass out from the keeper was suicidal. Brought Bodvarsson on and played 1 ball up to him in 45 minutes.

Hard to judge their players on that performance. Trying to continue passing out from the back when it gifts chances to the opposition proves their manager is an idiot

I’ve seen Leeds. I’ve seen Norwich. I’ve seen West Brom.

We are the best whole team in the division. But Norwich are painfully clinical. West Brom are littered with so much individual quality and Leeds have one of the best managers in the world guiding them through.

It’s going to be a fight to the death and one of the best promotion races in years. Pleasure to be a part of - as long as we finish 1st or 2nd :)

i said this during the game how are these 4 pts worse off than 12 months ago, that left them with the joint lowest survival total. can be that dreadful. barnet would have a field day & yet not even be in the relegation zone. rotherham have played both sheffield sides off the park at home & yet are below these :eek:

i really feel for them. because it was shocking that was as big defensive shambles ive seen at lane since CB pairing of mceveley & collins. but on a positive on the rare occasion when they managed to string 2 passes together in our half. they looked handy in attack. but its not great when the big problem is when your defence is handing out gifts like its Christmas
 



After holding the Massives to a draw last Saturday and beating Blackburn midweek it must have come as a shock today, but fair play to them; they acknowledge how good we were rather than simply saying they were shite. Nice to think that for once we were the architects of the opposition's downfall rather than them not turning up.

As we saw with the pissed up 'pitch invader', you'll always get the odd knobhead(s) among 26k+ fans.

What a bunch of uncompetitive freaks Reading are - both their fans and team. I’d like to think that if we’d just lost 4-0 we’d all be fighting each other on here, not sucking the other team off.

Anyway, pressure firmly off for them, out of the relegation zone by a huge 5 goals and 0 points. :rolleyes:
