Thanks for that Roy. Reading are suffering from last season's disappointment.

I think most teams suffer a huge hangover after losing the playoffs.

Look at us in 2003. Best team in the country and yet it took us 3 years to get over that loss in Cardiff.

Wednesday haven't got over that Hull loss. Last season they were crap and getting to the PO semi finals was lucky.
Chris Hughton did a great job last season picking Brighton up and getting automatic.

Still early days but hope we can achieve automatic. If we lose a PO then it's asking a lot of Wilder and Knill next season.

I think most teams we've played this year would say we were 'decent. That's pretty good praise from opposition fans. I'd say Reading were woeful today, as bad as Barnsley but a couple of their fans saw some positives
