Pretty fair comments. I thought they were poor and we looked like a team completely free of any nerves and able to play at our best. It definitely should’ve been a penalty to them too. No idea how the ref missed it. Cheers Roy.

"The scoreline flattered Sheffield United"

Does flattered mean something different in Preston? If we hadn't spent 60 minutes fucking around trying to get a goal for Billy we score even more.

8-1 wouldn't have been outrageous. They gave up, absolutely pathetic display from a team with something to play for.

Also, Potts is one of the worst players I've ever seen at Championship level

the are more generous that I have been towards the refs. "must have been unsighted", or crap. but that is 2 penalties not given against us in 2 games. cheers Roy.

Don’t know where you saw it from, but it was just in front of me in the BLUT and looked like a superbly timed tackle from my vantage point. Not a penalty.

The comment that basically said, with a better manager and better players they could make top 6 floored me, sky sports sign that lad up.
In that second half we were taking the piss it could've been 10.
Cheers Roy

You cant see from tge camera angles but i can only assume anel.got something on the ball
No one really appealed on tje pitch
Don goodman would have been on the pitch with his shirt off if he was commentating

Thanks Roy.

Thought they might have given us a game with us partying for the last few days but they were rubbish, just didn't seem bothered to put any effort in, although saying that I thought we were very good.

But we have survived another season in the second tier of English football and that is at least something.”

The most Preston comment ever.

We could've had double figures if we're honest, they really can't have any complaints.

I had a very good view from behind the goal and for me Anel didn’t get anything on the ball. Seemed most around me - and the EFL highlights - agreed anyway.

True but also throw in the recent penalties we should have got as well.
oh yes I'm saying crap not biased for or against us. could have been 3.1 pens on Wednesday night. our forward line spend most of their time on their arse in the box.

I think that corners need to change there are 3 pens and 2 defensive free kicks each corner. Rugby had the same problem with scrums and lineouts a few years back.

Thanks Roy. Hangover at tolerable levels now and being alive doesn't feel as much of a chore as it was 2 hours ago. Nothing to say except we played quite well I thought, so not sure what Preston were expecting. Even with nothing to play for we were still miles in front.

Thought Preston were shite to be honest, a typical 2nd division run of the mill outfit who have not been of any significance since the late 50's and the days of Tom Finney. Their last big game was probably the 63-64 cup final, all you can say about them is they have a tidy stadium. They don't go up they don't go down they are just mid table season upon season, boring as strictly come dancing.
