Just to add balance to those of you who were going to write shite about them in the first place. They, like any other club have a section of decent fans who are hurting badly right now. One works with me. He loves his team and travels whenever he can to see them. Just fans of a team like we are. Can't understand the malice from some. If we were in their position we would see exactly the same.
Have far more time for them than City or Chelsea these days. They are a genuine big club, like Barca, Real or Bayern. There comes an expectation with that. Like Liverpool were in the 80's. They used to have a swagger and a class about them. You can see them falling from grace and for their true supporters that will hurt.
I love Football, I love proper football fans no matter which team they support. I read most of those comments and agreed. They expected to hammer us, why wouldn't they? Can you imagine Barca struggling to put away a team from the Spanish 3rd Tier and what would be said?
Success brings a swagger with it.
