“Playing only one half, poor defending and switching off for a set piece in extra time, shows you the fine margins between winning and losing whatever division you play in .
Can have all the plaudits in the world from the visiting manager, who leaves with all three points .
If you do not do the basics well, your on a hiding to nothing, always”

Cliche ridden, but the truth.

Some shocking grammar in there, but on the whole they saw it the same way I did, even if I did miss the first 25 minutes.

" ... northern clubs, bully boy tactics ... Blades did a professional job on us ... Have to play to the final whistle against the Blades ... the sign of a promotion side is winning when not playing well ... Blades must love coming to Colchester, no matter how badly they play always win ..."

Things are definitely getting better.

Their fans were crap. Singing that stupid 'One Carlos Tevez' makes them sound like West Ham plastics who go and follow their local club because they usually watch football from their armchair. Knobheads.

Love how they belive refs are biased in favour of Northern Clubs!!! That's a new one!

Is it wrong that i love reading pissed off views like these ones more than i do the ones praising us? (Rare as that is I know)
Fuck the lot of em :D UTB

Following on from the Wigan fan classing us as the second worst team he'd seen, was interested to know if we had any advance on that, suspect from their comments we will have regressed to the worst team. Hope their comments aren't as bitter next year in league two.

I find the "bully boy tactics" comment bizarre. We seemed fairly nesh, weren't physical, to the point of frustration frankly. One bit of handbags involving Collins and one of their players, and one incident given as a foul involving Coutts before he was subbed, and that's it.
