Fair play, no complaints (well, the equal....no, dont do it), no grumbles. Better team won. Went out after to drown sorrows, and celebrate the good fortune that sees us top by a few points still, due to events elsewhere. Not the worst day to come unstuck

We're just very glad that you lot have been messing about in the cups so much, because if you hadn't, you would be right up where we are now (surely?)

appreciate the honest answer. We did a "job" on you, so it's down to our management team really and for the players sticking to a plan.
As for the cups - not had anything to do with our league form - our manager is searching for a formula - Cotterill found his very early with Bristol and you will defo finish top 2, probably go on to win the title as you have a team that just works.

If we can finish above Preston, we can finish 2nd behind you lot - MK Plastics and Swindon have a tough set of games. 18 games to go for us and it will be just 1 game at a time.

As for Cotterill - he doesn't seem to have longevity at any club he has been at - depends whether your very rich chairman gives him any dosh next season.

Apparently, Cotterill struggled to be gracious in his local radio interview after. Not good after defeats. The filthy rich "majority shareholder" will show that he has learned his lessons from our last time in the Championship and not pay over the odds for older players. We will probably do more or less what we did for this season: try and chery pick L1's better U25s, those that are willing, and add one or two experienced with great attitude/character.

It appears there is little between the four or five of us at the top. We just hit the ground running in August and have swept aside the lower sides better than anyone.

See how we cope now with the pressure of getting over the finishing line, and playing frequently. Playing Posh Tues, and Sat-Tues-Sat into second week of March
