After he scored he didn’t really seem dangerous though
Enda's shin might disagree...

Cheers for that. I certainly felt that we were changing the pace and almost going up a gear at willJust looking at the stats, it kind of backs up what you're saying. We actually shaded the territory 51.4% to 48.6% (ie, the ball spent more time in their half than ours) - just shows how all their possession was in completely non-dangerous areas.
We attempted more passes inside their box than they did in ours. They also played 291 passes square or backwards compared to our 133, and 123 passes in their own defensive third compared to our 44. We just used the ball so much better than them and I felt like we were pretty happy with them knocking it about inside their own half while we were ahead.
Mate it staggers me how many people who claim to like football know so little about it lol.
And McGoldrick’s shot deflected for a cornerThe first bloke says that our goal in the 2nd half was our only chance, which is true apart from Leon’s easy header and Washington’s shot when he cut in from the left and delayed a bit too long.
So, just the three chances then.....
He doesn't fit their style. He can defendAnd call O'Connell a donkey.
The poster that claims they could do with an Egan, despite him not being able to play 'their style'.
Not really. I hear music lovers talking just as much nonsense. How many people who say they like music can actually read it or play an instrument?
Interesting analogy to those that say if you didn't play at a certain level you can't know owt about football.
I know one or two musicians who have that same ivory tower view as well.

Back to the original post that I quoted, which was referring to the Brentford fan posting obvious nonsense about the Norwood goal. Could from ignorance, but I reckon just blind loyalty.
“SU are a very functional 442 team..."
He definitely didn’t see the same game everybody else did.I wonder if the person who wrote that first paragraph has realised yet that they selected the wrong game on the red button menu?
Both are to be enjoyed for what they are. Back to the original post that I quoted, which was referring to the Brentford fan posting obvious nonsense about the Norwood goal. Could from ignorance, but I reckon just blind loyalty.
In sport and music you don't have to be able to give a top class performance in order to recognise one.
Music is a totally different beast, I play numerous instruments to a high standard and my opinion is always correct. (I am joking)
Tony Gale and the commentator were just as bad on the red button at times. They were laughing about "Sheffield a bit early to be taking it into the corner" after about 82 minutes when quiet clearly Freeman Coutts and Basham were trying to create an opening as we see regularly down the flanks.
The commentator also informed us that Fleck was a bargain buy for about £100K from Rangers
Apart from that, I didn't think they were too bad. I wasn't expecting a commentary at all on the Red Button.
Now they are the kind of stats I likeJust looking at the stats, it kind of backs up what you're saying. We actually shaded the territory 51.4% to 48.6% (ie, the ball spent more time in their half than ours) - just shows how all their possession was in completely non-dangerous areas.

We have so little punch up front that we are the 2nd highest scorers in the league !"..big, work hard, close down all day but surprisingly very little punch up top"
I didn't know Paul Parker was a Brentford fan
"we gifted them three goals tonight, created more opportunities than them"
Ha ha ha
