Yes thats what I heard he said something like "why should I pay £4 million thats nearly 1 years salary and he is resigning" so I just rounded it up per week for say 4 weeks missing and say about £83k its probably more like £81k but whats a couple of thousand between friends. :)

To put it into perspect against what you get per month thats over £333.333 a month!
He’s slightly ahead of me in the monthly earnings I’ll give him that. At least I have a job though 😉

He wont need a job as he will have got an handsome pay off.
Even if only a million! How many on hear will earn anything near that in there working life.
If you work for 40 years, it averages £25k a year.

You think that Wilder has lost SUFC money?
Assuming what the Prince has said is true, why "And then wants a years salary having delivered THE WORST season in the club's history." and not "And then wants a years salary having delivered four of the best seasons in the club's history." ?
This is the attitude towards him that I don't understand.
You seem to conveniently overlook that he was already rewarded for his past achievements through improved contracts. He now has significantly under-performed, as the Prince said, so why a £4m pay off for err being shit?

I think it shows that Wilder is not a great manager. You could argue (the old Adolf adage again) Hitler was a great leader whilst invading all and sundry but ultimately Germany got well and truly gubbed. Not exactly remembered for being a great leader was he?

Now I would say the loss of 2 of his back - four Hendo and JOC - plus the crowd would have put us around the Brigton/Newcy, Fulham mark. Not so far adrift we'd need the second coming to survive. Nah CW lost the plot for me. Bassett the better manager.

So having missed my point completely - I wasn't defending or justifying his alleged request for a £4m payoff - you go on to highlight the point I actually was making by comparing him to Hitler.
