moose was level yesterday and Didsy’s should have stood. city’s first yesterday should have been ruled out.

I’m having fun. I can’t wait for the next game. But not knowing whether you can celebrate every time you score is indeed utter utter horseshit. Waiting for three and a half minutes while somebody draws lines on a screen is utter utter horseshit. And it’s not just watching United. I get irate with every horseshit decision for every team.

Derby have just taken the lead against Charlton. No VAR. They could have debated whether Waghorn’s nose was ahead of the defender for several minutes. The goal was simply given. As it should be.
 
I still love watching us play. I can't imagine a time when I wouldn't, especially with the players we have had in the last few years. But goals are rapidly becoming an anti climax, because you are just waiting for the inevitable delay, and then it's 50/50 whether it is even going to stand.

And whilst I can put up with a few shitty decisions going against us, yesterday was the first time where I have actually thought that the powers that be were out to shaft us.

It's not 50/50 though.

We've scored 20 odd goals and had 5 others ruled out. Of those JOC was miles off, I think Egan would have been flagged for the Soton one pre VAR.

So three out of 20 odd. goals were also cancelled pre VAR and McBurneys is a good example of that type of disallowed goal I've seen over many years.

Having said all of that, it's not improved my viewing /attending experience- it's just not ruining it

There was too much spontaneity in football anyway for my liking.
It should be more like chess. That or playing Norwich when they hold a slender lead.

It’s blatant cheating and a secret as to what the decision is going to be until they have made the decision at their shitty headquarters. What is the fucking point of the pitch side monitors? It’s all bollocks🤬
 
I know it would be impossible to arrange but wouldn’t it be great to show how they are killing the game by the fans and players showing absolutely no emotion the next time we score as if to say we don’t want to celebrate because VAR might overrule it.

Just to see all the crowd stood/sat motionless and the players doing likewise on the pitch would send the biggest message ever to the powers that be that it isn’t football anymore

It’s spoiling it.

I think Woodwardfan posted in the summer asking whether it would be a good or bad thing for us as a club.

Either we were getting away with shitloads of marginal decisions previously or we’ve been very unlucky this season. At the moment we are losing.
