Uwe Rosler has been watching Sheff United play four times this season. He was at the Oldham game in director box area. What do people reckon is he about to become Blades new manager?

Which were the other times? Or is this just a rumour?

If he's watched us four times since we dropped out of the auto hunt this might mean something. But all the indications (from Jim Phipps at least) are that we're going to stick with Clough even if we fail in the play offs. Perhaps Rosler is getting in as many games as he can and keeping up on which decent L1 players might be available for a bargain when he gets back into management.

Result's have picked up a bit since Uwe's been on the bench too...

I'd be very happy with him if it didn't work out with Clough but there's surely got to be another reason as it would be unprofessional from Rosler and United for him to be in the background so blatantly while we've still got a manager in place.

Beware the Uwe Rosler!

It's been said (by others) that his success at Brentford was down to his assistant Warburton and not Rosler himself

It's arguable that this view can be endorsed by Rosler's departure to manage Wigan and ultimately losing his job and the fact Warburton has maintained Brentford as a competitive side in the Championship

All conjecture, but perhaps a valid view imo

Blade 58 . The driving force behind Brentford was Warburton , who will be looking for another club in the summer . Rosler i am afraid is on the football heap , who have failed and there CV does not fit anymore . We have nothing to worry about , he is scouting for Colin Cooper at Swindon . That is why we put in erratic performances to confuse him and his submitted reports. He has watched the blades 5 times up to press , and like us , seen a mixed bag.

People also said that Warnock was nothing without Blackwell. Let's see how good or bad Warburton is at his next job before judging both him and Rosler.

Here the proof.

Warburton wasn't Rosler's assistant. He was director of football, responsible for recruitment. Whether Warburton fails or succeeds in his next job doesn't change the fact that Rosler blew the autos and then blew the POF with Brentford and failed abjectly at Wigan.

Rosler's always been a failure to me since they failed against the Wendies on April 28th 2012. Ours may well have been a different story now

He lives in the North West, and goes to football in that area every week. Sacked managers keep their `eye in`, for their next appointment. He was at Bolton a week or two ago, as he was pictured on a forum there.
