FFS. Da interwebz is a special place where if you don’t know something, you just make it up. Get up to speed mate

My manservant generally only reads out stuff that won’t upset me. Always gives me the comedy gold though. He edits my replies - usually, what the fuck is this divvy on about - to save infractions.

He’s a good man though and I may let him sleep indoors tonight.

The ownership comment is interesting..

Didn’t stop us last window signing permanent deals and why would it stop us now?.....unless the situation is close to resolve and new investment for a better standard of player is a real possibility
Last year we were talking £500,000’s, this year it’s multiplied by 10 for the players we’d need.

Duffy signed a new deal last January so he's still under contract until the end of next season. Coutts' will probably be looked at towards the end of the season. Could see him being given an extra year.
Depends what division we are in. If it’s the Prem then I think we’d cash in on Coutts (and others) and move up a gear in terms of quality.

Think Neves at Wolves. That sort of level is needed at the top tier of football, and as much as I like Coutts I’m not sure if he’s of that standard even at his best.

Probably didn't stop us last season cos we were signing the likes of Leonard and Holmes.

Last window was in the Summer and we signed Egan and Norwood for £6.5m? The loan deals will each cost more than the permanent deals of Holmes for sure..

Said last window, we signed Egan and Norwood, as someone mentioned this will have been the Brooke’s money.. but the loans deals we have done will have been expensive.

Still the Brooke’s money, no doubt.

The point being, purchasing Madine and Hogan would have been approaching £15,000,000. That’s not going to happen, even after the dispute is settled.

Egan was nowhere near the 4 mill reported, and Norwood was more than covered by Leonard and Evans. The Brooks money hadn’t been touched. Wilder said as much.

If we have spent the brooks money on just these loans then that’s madness and the sort of short term planning that will cost us.

I’m wondering how much a loan really costs? The pigs originally wanted £3million loan fee for the misfit when Norwich asked about loaning him I’d imagine that there’ll be some upfront money paid on most deals and I bet it’s not pennies.

Coutts is out of contract in July .

The Brooks money wasn’t touched, Wilders’ words. The budget and signings made in August was took up, this didn’t include the Brooks money.

No doubt the Brooks money will have been touched now though due to the wages being paid to the loans we’ve brought in this month.
