TBH as much as I'd like to retain a healthy level of cynicism I can't help but feel like this is going to be the best outcome for the club in the long run. He comes across well and the court papers have been a big eye-opener on McCabe.

I would imagine this means more ALK capital, who wanted the club whoever won the case. I imagine if his Uncle rings up him wanting to chuck 50m in, hes not gonna say no.....

£50m(?) out of the Premiership pot is a small price to pay to do something as fundamental reunite club and ground in my opinion.

It might be the phrase "super players" rather than "quality player" everybody knows they cost more.

People need to remember the Prince is ESL, if Wilder had said "we've got a great foundation of good players, so in the next window we don't have a lot to do, so we'll look to add 3 or 4 quality players to continue our development and raise our levels." people would eat that up, and it's the same thing.

In fact that's quite similar to what he said in the JTW last season.
