Wilder just gets it. And again, he has us together united as one. Fans, players and staff.

The show last night reminded me of sander at palace. Well done blades.

just like he did before . he is a good fit at the blades . can not understand some fans having a go at him at every opportunity

Thanks for posting that link to the star - id not seen that clip of Anel and the fans at the end. Take my hat off to all of you that made the away trip; class, just class. That’s how to do it.

He fucked off with a huge payout when it went wrong, I can see exactly why some of us have a go. However he's the manager so gets my backing.
Really? would not like to read what you would put if he did not have your backing. He went because the club made his job impossible as other managers after him found out . You should blame the problems the club has on the people who are responsable . This board should thank their lucky stars that they have Wilder who has took this club from league one to ninth in the prem . Also Hecky who also did a great job and was also hung out to dry and then sacked him because results not being up to nowt even though he had the rug pulled from underneath him

That makes no sense....no manager can pack in their job and still receive a big payout. Doesn't work like that.

Obviously there's more to this....must have been some condition in the contract that the Prince must have not kept meaning Wilder was in his right to leave. Also to be fair it wasn't a normal situation....the covid era was bizarre and made people act in strange ways enough to cause mental stress.

Only the Prince and Wilder know the truth...anyhow if the Prince is man enough to forgive and forget....then it can't have been that bad.

I think most fans understand that and have sympathy with the position CW was left in, however, if you or I handed our notice in at work would you also expect a seven figure severance package....?? Indeed, would you or I expect anything other than a "thanks very much... Here's your P45... Don't slam the door on your way out..."

That is the issue for fans like myself. Leaving was his choice but to demand severance for jumping ship... That's a whole new level of entitlement that plenty of fans can't fathom.

The fans at the end of the Hull game and actually through it.
They got behind him as well should.
Obviously we did not know what was going on.
But when CW pushed him forward towards the fans and Anel clutched and tapped the badge.
Plus with his family settled here now in Sheffield.
Good on ya Anel.
A blade, family first and foremost.
Whatever happens

Do we know for sure he got a bag full of cash ?. I know he had a contract and the way he left is to be honest a bit of a grey area . Was he sacked or was it a mutual agreement or did he walk out ? If it is first two I would i think make him entitled to having his contract payed up as happens to most managers leaving a club . I have read various reports supporting all three variations but the prince does not seem to bothered about the way they parted so can not see why we should be to bothered about it.

I agree but..

In football it was ever thus. You or I fuck up, we get fuck all except the sack. A football manager fucks up, they get paid off 🤷
