Surely it will be McB and Archer. He’s 3rd choice though and might be better as an impact player.

Jebbo 4th and then it’s Brewster, Osula and the others who aren’t quite up to scratch.

Mouth watering prospect actually. I was very impressed with Oli McB’s composure when he came on. Wasn’t overawed or inhibited by illustrious opposition, kicking girly man up in the air at one point.

He played well. I think the sniper who kept knocking Ake down with non-lethal bullets must have come off after 70 mins as well.

1/Although I was ridiculed earlier for this I still think if we don’t get a LB then we should consider playing George there and Boggle at RB

2/ We are in a mini league of 7 = 3 promoted + Everton Bournemouth, Forrest, and Wolves [ and perhaps Fulham] only Wolves did better than us this weekend

It's funny that you mention the physicality of Rodri, I was watching the game today and thinking what an athlete he looks.

Let's be honest that despite all the quality they've got some big athletes in that team so can "mix it" if they need to. Rodri, Gvardiol, Haaland...all big units.

Rodri was the stand out player on the park for me

Yep we have to do that probably or JLT and Trusty in a combo. Baldock and Bogle are both right footed so not sure who you'd play where but Baldock has been ok there before. I'd be up for signing a left wing back this week and see it as maybe the top priority but we probably can't carry 4 left backs...including Osborn and now have 3 injured. I don't see RND back this side of Xnas so it looks like with Lowe out (who wasn't good enough anyway) we are going to be playing lads who are not good enough or out of position.

This week we need an attacking mid (McAtee), another forward at least and a left wing back but would need to move a few out (Coulibaly for one) and with so many injured, it will be tough to make such changes.

We have to use our 2 Premier League loans though. To not use this resource would be poor.
