The mental side for young players is huge.... I think you are correct regarding Callum, i think this will make him so focused on achieving his dream that in a strange way, this could be a blessing. A very very harsh blessing, granted, but a blessing none the less.

Very harsh indeed but he will come back stronger. Just say it is clear United have responded very well to the situation and Callum will be well attended to and he will do what he needs to do to return stronger.
