Haha you say about the 1m pitch (whats a Desso by the way?).. I literally purred like a kitten when i first stepped through the gangway and saw it...when you see bumpy peat bogs of non league pitches most weeks ahhah :O
No wonder you moan about your players movement every other week, its obvious they're scared to ruin the groundsmans handiwork!


Could have been the new pitch, Jonny. In the summer we 'invested' in a £1m Desso pitch. So we'd be ready for Wembley.

well thats a second 3-0 home win in the last month thats been listed as unconvincing

personally what Id love to see is 25 more unconvincing 3-0 wins before May
not as exciting as those convincing 1-0 wins Arsenal used to do granted
but a plus 75 gd from them will go a long way

are we producing fans who think 3-0 wins are sub standard
barnsley fans will be thinking their unconvincing 1-0 defeat is not good enough
but probably with some justification

hands up all those who thought 6-0 was a minimum score against non league in the worlds oldest cup competition , noted for its cup shocks

JonnyRed(WCFC) A desso pitch is pretty much the best sort of pitch you can get. Some examples of these pitches are Wembley, Twickenham, most of the Premier League and somehow our neighbors, I don't think they actually mow theres though as a few managers have commented on this season.
