Quite even game - we had the ball in thenet just before HT marginal offside from right wing cross.

Looks a very young U23 side weve put out. A draw would probably be a decent result. Villa have probably got a fair sprinkling of older players and players.who cost a bit of money.

0-3. All going wrong on a cold January night in stylish Hednesfield. On the bright side it’s a ground I’ve never been to before.

0-3 FT we ran around a lot, played tidy stuff in the main but they had a bit more class in the middle and certainly more threat at the top. Their number 4 Bazeley-Graham cruised through the match at Centre back apparently he’s 16, interesting to see if he makes it.

André Green has played for their first team about 15 times, good player who always runs at players but he’s the only one who jumps off the list.

Some players bang at it.
Some a bit sloppy & anonymous.
Well beaten on a disappointing night.
But, you might as well read it - you've probably got little else on your mind today.
