U23s away at Hull

As a member of the goalkeepers' Union, can I just say that the goalie's clearance was the perfect assist, and left Brooksy with a tap-in. Seriously, it is great to see him back looking so full of confidence and tricks, and in the first goal, strength as well.

And that's why he can play up front.

That was an easy bit of skill for him for his goal though - you usually have to watch at least 5 times to see what he's actually done!

Brooksey could well be the difference between making the play offs and just missing out, the lad oozes class and showed just what we have missed in that 45 min run out....Freeman looks at least a month or so away from first team return but good to see him get a run out....awful pitch mind tonight

It was interesting from the clips posted last night from the 'Hull End' that they were laughing in exasperation at having to deal with Brooks.

Obviously the second goal is a beaut, but the work he does for the first is also extremely impressive.

Makes me wonder if him and Sharp up top would be a lethal combo. Brooksy bamboozling defenders and setting up Sharp for a poacher's delight. Triffic.

Great report that Phi It was as if I was there. Interesting observations regarding the defence. Be interesting to find out what the line up will be on Thursday

Very nice and welcome viewing that was . That type of ability can turn good teams , which we already are , into very good teams , which we could be now Brooks is back in the mix .
