It's the same at whatever level you are at - the strikers make the difference
You can piss about in midfield all you like and play pretty patterns and play through balls but unless you have strikers that can finish you will not win a game.
On this evidence I wouldn't be offering Fenwick a contract - not seem his previous games - but he is not making any in-roads - having stated that he is playing as a lone striker so that may have something to do with it, Not a fan of one up top - unless you have a Drogba on your staff

Jordan Hendrie looks half decent but best players for us are Reed and Khan from this showing

All over - 2-0 to Charlton - they cruised it to be fair - not really getting out of 2nd gear - invited us on and looked to break but comfortable at 2-0
Pretty similar to first team - start pressing a little more when get behind but already conceded the first goal to a defensive mistake.
Had a fair amount of possession (once behind) and getting into good areas without getting any real quality into the delivery - and have nothing there to finish it off.
