Imagine how good Bindon would be if he had an actual left back next to him and not a wing back masquerading as a left back. Same with Tanganga.

We need to either go back to playing wing backs as wing backs or move Burrows and Seriki further forwards and sign actual full backs.

Been thinking about if we should go back to the original 352 from wilder mk1 days. Seriki & burrows is perfect for the wb roles & Tanganga would be fine as the rcb, ohare in the Duffy role, bamford Campbell up top.

But make sure we have players that we can actually change formation back to the 442/ 4231 if needed as & when.

Then again cant see Wilder ever going back to it or how it worked before (his ego won't allow it nor his bottle these days).

Not as convinced as some about Bindon. Has improved and has good attributes when the game is in front of him looks composed decent on ball for example, but physically gets bullied when he gets it stuck on him ( Moore at Wrexham away and Haji Wright did it a few times in the cov game over week) and has a real lack of pace. Would like to see a more dominant starting centre half with Tanganga next season, although I do think Bindon will be back on loan. He is nowhere near playing in the premier league assuming Forest stop up.
He's better than Tanganga. A Souttar style dominant centre half, next to Bindon, would be the dogs bollocks at this level.

our best player yesterday improved 100% since august i actually think his best position would be rcb where tanganga plays a left sided centre back has to be on the agenda this summer

If we are to sign any players permanent
Bindon should be a complete no brainer next season
We sadly need Forest to stay up to have any chance of him coming back here next season. If Forest stay up I reckon he’ll be back here on loan. If they go down - he’ll stay at Forest. In any case it’ll be a loan as no way will we have enough cash to pay £8-10 million that they’d likely want.

We have missed McCallum so much since he got injured, although it’s easy to say it’s a long season etc we have been unfortunate at key points of the season. Both Mee and McCallum were solid we looked great at corners both attacking and defending, even Bindon popping up to score.
