Probably been asked already, but why do we play Rochdale on Tuesday rather than tomorrow?

I'm pretty sure it was changed before the start of the season on 'police advice'. They must have been trying to make sure we didn't sell out so it was less work for them on a bank holiday...

Then they should have been away or playing a smaller club. Funny they can police Blackburn vs Man Utd at a normal time but not Rochdale vs Blades.

Its time the football league look at the fixtures and actually give a shit about the fans. I dont think that you should have to travel for more than 2 hrs for a night game or have too far to travel on bank holiday weekends.

That would not have mattered to the residents of Rochdale. Set up some works and they ignore all the signs and just walk through barriers etc.
They ignore your pleas to be careful and that they should not walk through while we are working.
Having worked a day and a half in Rochdale I decided the people there were more tapped than anywhere else. having experienced 6 different incidents of peoples strange behaviour including a potential gang turf battle.
