Congrats on your start to the season. As a Cobbler I am keeping an eye on you given Mark Bunn and the potential Kyle Walker showed in his brief spell here last year

Bunny is a top lad, very quiet off the pitch, works his nuts off on the training ground and has more self belief on the pitch than any other keeper I have seen. Forget the height issue, he is very agile, times his jumps well and will come for anything in reason.

I want to catch the game at Coventry, could you advise whether it is all ticket and how easy it will be to get in the away end if not ?

Cheers in advance and hope you sign Bunny - we could do with the 20% sell on we get !!

Yes it is all ticket on Tuesday, but it does say on the official site 'at the moment', so it may change. Bunn does seem to have a tendency to punch the ball, but today his catching was spot on and only punched once, when there was a crowd of players, and he didn't seem to have much option. I've been impressed so far, and for a keeper Paddy isn't that tall, so we are used to that. Personally, I hope you get your 20%, I'd be delighted if we could sign him.

Welcome to the site!

Thanks for the kind words and info on Mr Bunn, I'm impressed with him so far, though he's not had a huge amount to do! :)

We've been given "up to 5000", can't see us selling out and similarly, I wouldn't have thought Cov would get anywhere near a full house.

It is initially all ticket for Blades fans, so if you are desperate to make sure you can go, and wish to sit in the away end, I'd get one sorted just incase they don't want to sell on the day (would have thought they will though).

There are no loyalty points in use for this fixture, which should make it easier for you... but you may have to register your details with the ticket office.

Looking at the Cov site, it should be simple if you want to sit with them, you can buy a ticket online and they are nowhere near full - http://www.ccfc.talent-sport.co.uk/...dAreaSelection.aspx?stadium=RA&product=10SFUH

We'll be in the Black Horse for a few before hand :)

Cheers both - will try and get myself sorted for the away end and will keep popping back on here for some progress reports.

Certain he'll sign for you if he is getting 1st team football as he told us at Southend last season (when playing for Blackburn stiffs and sitting on the bench) that all he wants is to play week in and week out.

He qualifies to play for Rep. of Ireland or Scotland so you may end up with an international keeper by the end of the season, especially if Colin Calderwood gets the Scotland job!

Interesting to hear he's quiet off the pitch as he seems to be very vocal on it. I like him as he does command his box. Also love his pre-match routine where he runs to the corners of the pitch applauding fans on all 3 sides.

From what I have seen at the Reading game and from information received from a very reliable friend, who posts on here, I think we should pull out all the stops to see if we can sign him in the January window.
Cannot see Paddy playing again this season and Bunn ticks all the boxes for me being commanding in the area, good distribution and agile.
Do not think we should wait but of course what will the fee be, but probably cheaper at this stage.I think Paddy has been made an example of, if the FA by their admission say it was taken not to enhance his performance.A stupid mistake for which he is now suffering for.

I really rate Mark Bunn and think he has been a shrewd bit of business so far.

I hope that we sign him in Janurary as he has go the look a keeper who can be our number 1 for quite a lengthy period of time.

What really impressed me was the fact that yesterday he came out 3 or 4 times and claimed the ball
