Transfer Window Should Apply to managers

To make things more even, we have a small window of opportunity to transfer players in or out
Wouldn’t it be interesting if the same rules applied to managers. No more massive payoffsfor failure or mediocrity That should upsetthe gravy train
it would stop the managerial merry go round,, No ins or outs until the next transfer window

I don’t see how forcing a club to keep a shit manager is of any benefit to anyone.
