Have you heard of Brentford??

They don't have two of their best players this season (if not their best two) in Harry Forrester and Simon Moore.

Plus, one team usually drops out off heavily from the season before, I think it'll be Brentford this season.

We could have easily beaten Brentford last season at home if it wasn't for that tosser of a referee. They don't have as strong a squad as last season, yet ours appears stronger..Brentford will finish maximum 5th. UTB

As for the opening post
1. Wolves
2. Blades
3. Posh
4. Brizzle
5. Brentford
6. Preston

Imagine this scenario.

1. Wolves
2. Peterborough
3. Sheffield United
4. Preston
5. Brentford
6. Bristol City

Might as well just cancel the play offs and promote Bristol City.

In actual fact that might be good for us because 3 of those 4 teams have crap play off records Preston, Bristol City and er the Blades. Brentford aren't that much better either!

In actual fact there would be a team who would break their play off hoodoo.

I forgot Bristol City were also a bit crap in the play offs. I should have picked somebody else for the example.

Obviously time will tell, but i really don't think Brentford are weaker.

They lost 2 players, but have signed the Grigg bloke who scored a hatful for Walsall as well as a young lad on loan (McElny or summat like that) from Everton who scored twice in a recent 3-2 friendly win against Cardiff. Also signed McCormack from Swindon and about 5 other players. And apparently have money available to sign one or two more if they need to. And still have Clayton wotshisface. Looks a bloody strong squad to me.

1) Preston
2) Brentford
3) Peterborough
4) Gillingham
5) Wolves
6) Blades

If you can't believe that we can win the 3rd division with a new manager, a clutch of new players, after being in the play-offs the last two years, with our set up and fan base - before we've even kicked a ball, then you might as well put your head down the toilet and sing Yellow Submarine to yorself in a squeaky voice.

Why, with our unmatched ability to give bright new managers their first start, our unmatched transfer activity in recent years and the fact that we've finished progressively lower for the past four seasons, you'd be mad to predict anything else!

I can believe they gave you 7/2, i'm pretty sure they didn't let you have £1,000 on though. What i don't get is, what happened to the other match?
