Scary isn't it?
Best we can hope for is a Millwall type recovery.

This team and squad has bags of talent. We need to start playing to their strengths rather than trying to impose a system which is ill-fitting and at best seemingly incoherent.
We definitely have some good players but the squad is still paper thin. I thought the match pretty much played out how most thought it would- basically men against boys.

Millwall were good. We had zero control and it felt like a mess- Cannon on the wing WTF. We deserved a draw but not because of any great tactical plan - more because we just do have some good players. The spine needs men not boys.

We have 1 week to get in 4-5 players -2 straight in first 11 - 3 into back up. But FFS nobody under 6ft 2".

From what I've seen so far the football is no better than last year.
I just don't see any consistent high press, front foot football, either the players can't do it, don't want to do it, or a confused as to what they should be doing.
The majority of this side got 90 points last season. They may have over achieved but they got there through being better organised and big players stepping up at vital times.
Whether they won tight games through inner confidence, personality, force of nature I'm not sure but they got through the majority of last season.
At the moment they look confused and dejected.
Something has to change sharpish else this is going to snowball into complete disaster.

Majority of this side- Anel/Vini and Moore play today we win- The team and squad last year was far more complete- without signings this week - it's nailed on - WE ARE DOWN.

I would make the call to Wilder tonight but he'd only come back with a guarantee of 5 players he chooses.
