Referee is Anthony Taylor,as dearly departed Michael Jackson said,he's the man in the middle.
Its being shown on Pick ch159 on the Sky,at 6pm
It will be a warm un.


Nitty gritty,my choice

Damage limitation team tonight.

If we play our normal 3-5-2 we will get smashed.

Its hard for me to say this but go with 4-5-1,to stiffle them.

I would like to see Verrips, he will probably be in the match day squad next season. Moore was poor against Man U at the Lane.
Worried about the pace of Rashford and Co so agree that a 5 man midfield is the way to go.
Hope that Moose and Didzy get at least 45 minutes. We were very poor on Sunday but at our best we can beat these, come on Blades.

Anton.....that Liverpool game was the changing point regards our style of play.

Up to the Liverpool game we were 75% possession/ passing based with 25% long/ direct ball.
We tried this style against Liverpool and were outclassed.

Since that game we’ve lost our confidence and gone more direct. We’re now 25% passing and 75% direct ball.
We’ve not been as good for the last few games BUT we’ve been able to rely on a fantastic defensive unit and goalie.

He did defend him but I thought he made the wrong decision with the third goal. In fairness we were all wank for 15 minutes.

I was thinking on exactly the same lines , although I wouldn't mind having Verrips in goal .

Agree. Moore basically had 3 things to do, which he didn't.

Man U's goals from 1:10, first two were unstoppable imo. Moore could have gambled with the third and come bombing out to James, but if that resulted in a goal he'd be deservedly criticised. He positioned himself well but James squared it to Rashford who got between two of our defenders.

jesus christ, we lose 1 game in 6 and people are writing this team off. Do you think the players don't feel what everyones putting out? Social media is the only point of connection they have right now and everyones shitting themselves after being one of the best teams in the country all year and a win from the champions league.

I wouldn’t say everyone’s writing us off, there are just major cracks starting to show. The fact that we’re one of the lowest scoring teams isn’t ideal, we can’t rely on a solid defence forever. That brings the next problem into it and that’s squad depth. We can’t even replace the players we’ve lost efficiently because they can’t even adapt to our system. Then if we perform how we have the against Villa and Newcastle, we’re in for a tough couple of weeks. Just take a glance at the fixture list.
