I think the clubs with the celebrity owners are going to generate significant revenue from over the pond. Additionally Birmingham is a big city so they will fill their ground next season and their total sponsorship revenue will no doubt be significantly greater than ours with Delta Airlines and Coral sponsors of the team as well as UNDEFEATED being the main shirt sponsor, see below
Garry Cook, Chief Executive Officer at Birmingham City, said: "We are delighted to extend our partnership with UNDEFEATED. For the first time in the Club's history our shirts, are being repped on the streets of LA, New York and other leading cities across the US. This is a direct result of the relationship with UNDEFEATED.
They have also just appointed a Chief Commercial Officer New Revenue Streams who spent 30 years at Meta, Yahoo and Viacom and launched Instagrams international advertising business.
They are being run as a proper global sports team and it will be interesting to see whether our American owners adopt any new practises to increase revenue.
