We are his second club. Ever. So yeah. The very definition of a journeyman. Is he any good?
Seems to be a bit of a journeyman, or is that unfair?
Just wants to fit inYeah read that. Doesn't want publicity for it either.
Lots of charity and fashion work.
Bit like when Dele Ali started to do ‘side lines’ and look what happened to him
They tried to get him to sign a new contract but he wanted more playing time. He isn't a cast off.I’m personally not too keen on this signing, just feels like a gap filler in the midfield, he is championship level at best, if Everton are letting him go who nearly got relegated last season, that says enough. Had bright potential when he was younger but now i’m not too sure. Maybe Hecky and his good coaching team can bring him back to the level he should be at.
Same point then. If he was that good then Everton surely would of given him more play time? They tried to get him to sign a new contract but he wanted more playing time. He isn't a cast off.

My Everton mate said more or less same thing.Wife’s uncle is an Everton season ticket holder. Says the signing could go either way. If his confidence returns, he’s a fine player - to quote him word for word
Journeyman?
Not followed his career at all, so if he honestly is injured at the moment or coming back from a longish injury then I’ll despair at our transfer policy.Injured last season, never scores.
He'll fit right in.
3 year deal announced on twitter. Is he only on a 1 year deal? Just picking up on what he said, but maybe I'm misinterpreting
wow this would be a great signing imo![]()
Sheffield United closing in on former Everton midfielder Tom Davies
The Blades are close to agreeing a deal with former Everton midfielder Tom Davies, who is a free agent after leaving Goodison Parkwww.examinerlive.co.uk
I think when he said "another year here" he was talking about the Premier League, rather than SUFC. So he's got a realistic view of what he's up against! Is he only on a 1 year deal? Just picking up on what he said, but maybe I'm misinterpreting
Some people express an opinion then there are experts who know very little but like to come across as 'hey, listen to my , knowledgeable opinion 'I’m personally not too keen on this signing, just feels like a gap filler in the midfield, he is championship level at best, if Everton are letting him go who nearly got relegated last season, that says enough.
