I understand that and I know that Sheffield Wednesday will be relegated however the point is until that game is played if Sheffield Wednesday are on the same points as the teams above then they are not relegated even if they are 39 behind both with 39 to play and 1 team has to get 40 until that team has got 40, not based on the fact it's mathematically impossible for them not to get 40, then they are not officially relegated this is how the league table works, so until the final whistle of the last game they wouldn't relegate them in that hugely unlikely scenario, however that wasn't the original point the original point that someone made was that if Wednesday after the derby game were 39 behind both Leicester and Blackburn with 39 to play would they would be relegated based on the outcome of a game that isnt scheduled to be played for another 13 weeksThat's what everyone is trying to tell you.
