Lost my dad in September last year, shed a tear today. As a young lad he dragged me through the pain in the late 70's, I often wondered what I had done to deserve such punishment. Then Darlington happened and I knew then that following the Blades wasn't all about pain. I wish he was here today to see what an outstanding achievement this has been. He will be drinking at the big bar in the sky tonight.

It's 8 years now since my Dad died. When celebrating with my brothers yesterday we were all still wishing he could have been here yesterday to enjoy it.
Still, being a Blade has helped me cope with life. In both cases you take some terrible kicks in the nuts sometimes, so you really have to appreciate thee sweet times whenever they come along.

My dad died on 28 Feb this year. I used to call him after every game. I miss that.
One of the best photos I have is of him and my son at his first game standing on the Kop.
Got a text from a mate after the Leeds game last week saying, 'It's like you dad's gone ''All right lads. I've had a quiet word with the man...'. I think maybe he did.
We're up dad. We are up.
