Not that one though!

I've had enough of getting shite from the idiots, especially Dingles and Cheats, so I've just sent them this.

Hi James,

After giving it quite a bit of thought, I've decided not to continue as a Fanzine Fanzone writer.
The amount of abuse I've had in some of the replies to my posts, up to and including threats of violence if ever my team visits those lovely folk at West Ham has made my mind up for me.
The sheer vitriol I've had for merely supporting and writing about a team that received compensation from their club has astounded me, not to mention the grief I've also had from Barnsley fans too.

Coupled with the fact that of all the club's badges the Sheffield United one is the only one that your art department can't get right has helped me to make up my mind.

Thanks for the chance to write these articles, and now some other unlucky Blade can be the one to get the abuse from the knuckle draggers.

Thanks, Rich.

So no more witty articles for the Times from me.

I'm saving them especially for you all on here!:D:D:D

I didn't know hammers or dingles could write !!! I know they cant read

That's a shame gokman, 'cos the other stuff on that site was pure shite!

I knew deep-down that the Notting Hill chattering classes had invaded football, but thought that there were still pockets of tradtional support at most clubs. Reading some of the drivel and poncy nonsense on there made me realise I was deluding myself. Aside from the Gokman, they were all cocktail drinking, prawn munching two hats!

I'm more shocked that people in Barnsley buy The Times!

Well I enjoyed them :D

Especially the article which included the part about premiership footballers driving to training in transformers rather than Aston Martins.

There just might be a job opening for you...
