Time we Got the Benefit of the Doubt

The more I watch the more I struggle to care. If this was a play-off final maybe I'd be more interested.

Sharp never even bloody touched the ball, the keepers clearance wasn't his best and he was back on his line for the build up. Watching live from that angle it looks offside but as people have shown/said it's far tighter when you start drawing lines etc. This would have been one of those infuriating 5 minute VAR decisions where Bogle got one of his best goals chalked off because Sharps knees some how gave us an advantage.

Looking back on the highlights their keeper could have stayed in the penalty area and caught the ball after the bounce Billy was never going to get to it. Instead he panics rushes out and heads it back downfield, what comes after that is a new phase of play as they like to say in VAR circles. Time enough for their keeper to get back in goal and time enough for the defence to get set and have men behind the ball. I see their problem but I don't see it as our problem maybe if they were so sure it was offside they should have let Billy get onto it and waited for the flag.
