Tickets 'no show' - anyone else?

Mainly for those of you who ordered tickets online and still haven't received them, but anyone else please feel to contribute.

Well, our tickets have still failed to appear (our postal delivery for today arriving about 15mins ago). So I'm now on hold to the TO, being caller 5 for the last 10mins but I'd like to ask: is there anyone else who ordered their tickets Sat/Sun/Mon and still hasn't got them?

I'll post here any info for collecting duplicates tomorrow, but must also register my disappointment at the TO - I apprecite they'd be busier than normal etc., but this has messed up our plans for tmorrow big time. Does anyone know the gist of collecting duplicates from the last play-off?

Ordered mine on Satdi over the phone and they came in the post on the Monday.
Always had good service from Blades TO so I guess this one is an anomaly
Hope you get sorted - it's much harder for the likes of us who don't live in Sheff.
At least I still have rellies there that can assist me if I get any issues.

Addendum:

Anyone not in receipt of their tickets by now, my advice is this: ring ticket office with your details and they'll print off duplicates. One of their employees (Michael?) is going down to the Wembley East Side TO and will distribute said duplicates from around midday; need to take proof of ID, perhaps your membership/ST card and your email confirmation print off (if you have it).

Hope that's of some use to those others Blades not getting their tickets through...

But there's an irony: I was told - emphatically - on Weds (by TO) that NO tickets went out over the weekend Begs the question of how you (and a number of others I've read on here) got yours on Monday -- teleportation machine????

Yeah, hope you're right mate and it is an anomaly and that there's not many of us affected by this - looks like we'll be drinking close to Wembley after all as we have to be there to collect our 'duplicates'...mobile bars here we come

Well, to be fair, it could well be TO's fault if they've not posted 'em (for whatever reason - from what I gather I'm not the only one who's having to collect dupes tomorrow), but yeah, I know what you mean mate. Could well be RM's fault given the volume of tickets that would have been posted out. Just me I s'pose, being the natural cynic that I am, but it's water under the bridge now anyway.

Just a bit p'd off that our provisional plans for tomorrow are now scuppered as we have to now hinge our pre-match frivolities around collecting the duplicates

But sure, should we win, I'll no doubt forget all about this as a minor hiccup to an otherwise worthwhile day!

Ok, only a week late, but at least they finally arrived - maybe the TO had a premonition and were trying to save me and me lad the pain of last Sat's penalty shootout?
