I cant make the match tomorrow and cant physically return my match ticket does anyone on here know if I can get a refund by ringing the ticket office.

Thanks I know when I tried it once they said I physically had to return the ticket but that was in 2019

I was told the same last season. The exception was mobile phone tickets which they would refund over the phone. It's worth a ring early doors.

Thanks managed to get a refund because I got a mobile ticket thankfully
