Out of interest, have supporters received a refund for the Arsenal cup match? I haven't, which I'm relaxed about, but according to the web site, refunds were due to be paid after July 13th.

Yes. How did you pay? IIRC all card transactions were automatically paid back, but you had to apply if you paid by cash?

Yes, I sent an email and recieved a refund within 3hrs.

Paid by MasterCard.

I got my refund a few weeks ago.

I paid by cash but they said they had to put it back on my bank card so it did take a bit longer and a couple of emails making sure I’d applied for it correctly but got it back a couple of weeks ago.

I’d be tempted to chase it up by now if I was you

Yep, money just popped back into my account a few weeks ago and got an e-mail confirming it was happening.
