Ticket problems

Did anyone have a problem with season tickets yesterday. I kept getting a notification alert last week saying a message from united but when clicked on nothing there then again few hours later it popped up again. Went to scan and wouldn't accept along with a few others and ended up with a paper ticket. Got same notification alert today. If it continues might go to lane before Saturday to check what is happening
 

Loads of us in the JSS had this problem. We were told to go the ticket office (at 2:45pm!). We refused, obviously. I said we should go to the business hub and ask for help. They said there'd been quite a few people in the same situation and they took our names and let us in. The ticketing system is outsourced show the ticket office could have helped I've no idea. We also had the apparent messages that didn't exist.

I've just checked and my QPR ticket is in my wallet. I think the issue might have been an incomplete bar code

Yes mine has not worked last few weeks first time.

I scan it It ticks on the phone but nothing on the turnstile. I had to it three times before it worked.

They've made the bar code thing so big you can't fit that in the reader either...as know that's another way to get in if the nfc does not work.

I constantly get messages/notification alerts in the week for some reason?

Approached a steward who said I had to go to the ticket office, whilst arguing the “logic” three other guys joined in saying that could also not gain entry. One of them tried again and wax allowed entry we all followed suit and were all
Allowed entry on the second time if asking.
Three guys who I meet prior to the game were all denied entry.
Seems it is an ongoing problem

Yes sounds like it's been going on about few weeks, so why hasn't it been sorted. There was quite a que starting, we are on SS
 
The club will lose supporters if they insist that fans have to stand in a queue to collect a paper ticket abd subsequently miss the start of the match
They have an obligation that anyone with a valid ticket has to be allowed entry, stewards on each turnstile area must be given the responsibility to allow entry if it is proved that fans have a valid ticket and are shown that entry is denied

I kept getting the Google Wallet alert pop up, and like you I got it again today. I got in to the ground fine, though.

My Dad, however, had to go a get a paper ticket as he couldn't get in.
 
There has been issues . My ticket would not update before the Watford game so I deleted it on the app and reloaded it . Seems ok now . Easy to remove and reload if you not confident.
 
Yep. I had the same. Not impressed as a visit to the ticket office is the last thing you need when bursting for a piss.
 
Seems to be a problem with the QR code on phone tickets, me having a card season ticket means I don't have this problem.

But the 2 people in front of me in the queue for the Kop entrance next to the fan zone (at about half 2) were both told to go to ticket office as it was having trouble with the QR code, the guy who sits next me on the Kop also had the same issue.

Not the first time I've heard of it happening this season as well so hopefully it gets sorted soon.
 
I usually get a long bar code to scan on the turnstyle. This time it was a large QR code and it failed. There were parents denied entry with their kids already inside.
Modern technology eh.
