Ticket allocation issues?

I received the following email from the club this morning. Slightly concerning, anyone else receive one?

Unfortunately, due to an issue with our web hosting partner, we are unable to fulfill the vast majority of order placed on our ticketing website between the hours of 09:00 and 14:00 on Sunday, 30th of March. As the remaining number of tickets is no so low, we can no longer guarantee that your order can be fulfilled at this point. Please come to the ticket office in person to see if we can find a ticket for you.

Should we be unable to give you a ticket for the semi final match, we guarantee you a complimentary ticket to the club's next FA Cup fixture after the semi final.
