Ordered tickets for the Fulham match for three season card holders last Friday. I'm sure the info said the tickets are sent through the post, but guess what? They haven't come.
Have I misread the stuff and we can just use the season cards which are magically updated to give us entry?
Or am I in the cack if they don't come in the post tomorrow?
Of course I've tried to phone the office - closed when I could call. I've emailed the office... no reply.

So over to the amazing S24SU community to help out. Thanks.

Yes, you're fine if you referenced them when you bought them.
Thanks for quick reply Trafford and Denver.
Well I just went on line and clicked all the buttons till it said I'd paid. As you can tell I don't do this sort of thing very often. I was trying to save the old man the job of going down and queuing for them.

Hope Nigel's not having the same trouble confirming his buys. He doesn't seem to be at the moment/

If you can login via the online ticket office, you should be able to verify they've been linked to your customer numbers in the Purchase History section. If you're sat in the same seats, they'll have just activated the cards.

At worst, if they haven't done the cards, you'll be able to sort it via a steward with a handheld machine or traipsing to the ticket office.

I also presume the price paid would give it away as it's cheaper for ST holders.

Thanks, Foxy, I'll check it out now.

Yeah, they took £30 off me for three. Plus £1 of course. It's on my purchase history too.

I think we can say, case closed.

Thanks S24SU.

Now back to wondering how many more players are going to be coming in this month.

Some advice would be very welcome...

My Dad has left me in charge of his season ticket whilst off on hols and his friend's son wants to borrow it. He reckons you can ring up and amend it to a non-concession ticket for one game, is that right?! Doesn't sound right to me.

Yes. I've done it a couple of times. In fact they actually printed the ticket out on one occasion so that I didn't have to leave my season ticket with the other person.

Excellent, thanks KPO :)
