I just don't give us much of a chance away at Burnley.

Mentality wise, it was Leeds I could see dropping points if we'd stayed in the fight.
Burnley have been efficient all season, especially since January.

It's just so fucking galling that we only had to win 2 out of them 3 games and we could have been pretty much home and hosed by winning Monday

Naaa I wouldn’t rest anybody.

Probably last time we see Hamer, Anel, Souza and the loanees.

I’d play Cannon though. No doubt he will be spearheading our attack next season in the Championship.

We only had to win 1/3 for it to still be in our hands.
It's unbelievable that we lost all 3.

I just can't get my head around how we went from Coventry to the week from hell.

At worse, I expected us to stay professional and grind out 5 points from those games.

We’re not beating Burnley we just about scraped past Cardiff
They know all they need to do is win
Hey! That was my commentary gripe. 'He just about kept that in play'.

You trying to wind me up? 😆

We just about scored 2 goals.

field our strongest 11 at turf moor but if we dont win definetly play some fringe players in the remaining 2 games weve 4/5 players who look dead on their feet this season is far from over said ages ago on here didnt think we had seen the last of sunderland and still dont

Can see us beating Burnley. It’s a good next game for us. Players will want to show what they’re made of.

Trouble is, Burnley stay above us even if they draw at QPR. And that’s with us winning at Stoke - where I think we will almost certainly drop points.

Cant see us beating Burnley...they have the football gods on their side.....i mean since they won at Bramall Lane you will all remember the wild defelcted shot that became a goal (2nd goal)...they always seem to get a a "gift" either in the form of a opposition defender ffuck up results in a goal, gooalkeeper error results in a goal,or as yesterday they play against 10 or 9 men...oh and lets award Trafford a wagon wheel for his penalty shithousery in the game against Sunderland.

That’s the most galling thing ..we’ve absolutely gift wrapped promotion to the other two by losing to 2 poor sides & a hard working average one

I also feel sorry for the Bash charity game. If we were still in the top two and looking strong…It would have been a celebratory sell out…Now everybody’s anxious about the dreaded playoffs.

Yeah it was bad timing to play it straight after the season ended in hindsight. Think what's happened will effect ticket sales too. You likely won't see Sharp and Didz either as they could be involved in the play offs themselves.

It'll be the strongest team v Burnley. But after that, assuming we lose or draw then maybe mix it up a little. I think it's good we only have two likely dead rubber matches because they're not ideal preparation for the play offs. Like endless friendlies for a world cup for the host nation.

Think back to yesterday and see if you can remember Sheffield United getting any goals from deflected shots. ;)

Remember Watford were already 2-1 down before losing a man yesterday. Chances are, if Burnley go in front, we win - this season at least. Touch wood.

See you at the Turf!
