Heard that the last time we lost the first four League home games is 1954-55, so I took a look at it.

21 Aug... Everton...................................2-5 L
30 Aug... Manchester City................. 0-2 L
4 Sep...... West Bromwich Albion.....1-2 L
13 Sep.... Cardiff City............................1-3 L

Our first home win was on Sep 18th, a 1-0 win over Wednesday. We did the double, winning 2-1 at Hillsborough in Feb 1955.

We finished 13th and Wednesday went down with style.
